The brides Lauren & Andrea tied the knot at s stunning, typical Sicilian venue, Casa La Carrubbazza.
They wear beautiful bridal wear, designed and created by Fashion Designer Carmela Motta of Kea Atelier.
The luxurious, handmade jewellery is supplied by Jeweler Salini.
The gorgeous floral decorations and bouquets were created by top class florist Fiorelli based in Catania. They know how to surprise us with their fantastic creations every single time.
The enchanting photos and amazing video were taken by one of our favourite Sicilian photographers / videomakers: Carmelo Ucchino & Frank Stracuzzi - Studio 58.
A snowy Christmas tree and a stunning flower arch form the backdrop for the special ceremony. Andrea wears a Bridal Jumpsuit with cape and hood. The warm colours of her bridal bouquet and the special flower 'Protea', complete the Christmas look! When Lauren walks in, the light shines so beautifully on her face, it makes us hold our breath for a moment. The long-drawn dress flows smoothly over the floor and combines perfectly with the romantic bridal bouquet. The ceremony is intimate and romantic. Lauren and Andrea said their wedding vows and exchanged their wedding bands as token of their eternal love for each other. Casa La Carrubbazza hosted the styled shoot and is a perfect wedding venue on the east coast of Sicily with phenomenal Sicilian terraces, a romantic garden and a stylish country house. Dream away among the magical olive trees and experience the idyllic Italian feeling. At dinner both ladies wear a wedding gown with a bodice of 'tombolo' style embroidery. Tombolo lace, which dates back to the 15th century, is created using a special, extremely meticulous technique, and is an important part of the region's heritage. Carmela Motta, designer of Kea Atelier, maintains this traditional way of Tombolo style embroidery. The dinner table is completely styled by Fiorelli's sisters Alfino. The passion of these florists is clearly visible in this incredible decorated table, for which they have used Violaciocca, cappuccino roses and cotton flowers with pine branches.
Call us hopelessly romantic but we are officially obsessed with these warm colours and atmosphere! Do you still think of Sicily for summer weddings? We can't get enough of all these warm tones. Get inspired and let us organize your winter wedding in Sicily!
